Chaozhou Food Industry Association is an industrial nonprofit organization voluntarily formed by nearly 300 members – from producers who supply food, to retailers who sell to consumers, and to the wide variety of companies providing critical services.

Bearing the purpose of serving enterprises, the government and the society with a full play of industrial discipline, it works vigorously for a more scientifically advanced industry with a higher economic boom. It has played multiple roles: an advisor and assistant to the government, a coordinator for its members and the industry and other industries, a protector of the members’ legitimate rights and interests, and a protector of fair competition. It also facilitates economic and technological exchanges and collaboration for a healthier industry and social progress.

The Association is registered at the Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs and supervised by the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology.
