The 6,000-square meter structure is where experts take part in the protection, research and innovation of Chaozhou intangible cultural heritage, such as Chaozhou cuisine and Kung Fu tea. The Center helps protect and inherit local food culture for a higher industrialization level of relevant sectors, taking an active part in regional sustainable development. Every year, the Center holds 3,240 lectures, training sessions and promotions with a total attendance of around 15,000 people.
